Speaking Stone Cafe began as a dream shared between two neighbors who believed that a town like Three Rivers deserved a bakery that treated every recipe as a craft — not a commodity.
We chose our name for a reason: stones speak to permanence, to the idea that some things are worth building slowly and enduring well. Our breads are proof of that philosophy. Each one is built layer by layer, fermented overnight, and baked with patience.
Today, we are proud to be a gathering place for families, friends, and anyone who believes that the best moments of the day are the ones shared over good food and unhurried conversation.
